I’ve been going to Jo’s pilates class in Odell village hall for over three months now. Being in an office based job, working long hours my posture was really suffering. I was also finding it difficult to get motivated to do any exercise as I was lacking any energy. Jo’s class is with a short walk of where I live, so I joined and have been a regular ever since. I can see a difference in my flexibility, my core strength and I’m starting to tone up too.
It’s motivated me to be more active and I thoroughly enjoy the hour I’m there. Looking forward to joining Jo for 2 sessions a week in the new year!

Jo teaches with a lovely, calm authority, I always finish the class feeling as if I’ve worked hard. She takes time to adapt her classes for people with different levels of fitness and makes sure everyone gets the very most out of the session.
